PUBLICE NOTICE NO.87 (RE-2006)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI DATED THE 28^th February 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the procedure to be followed for export of Dollar Gram(Chana) notified in the public notice 86(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27^th February 2007 as under:

Existing:

Regional Licensing Authority (RLA) Bhopal and Hyderabad will issue necessary permissions, subject to the quantitative ceiling communicated by the DGFT Head Quarters from time to time.

Amended:

Regional Licensing Authority (RLA) Bhopal, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai will issue necessary permissions, subject to the quantitative ceiling communicated by the DGFT Head Quarters from time to time

This issues in the Public interest.
