NEW DELHI, DATED THE 27^th NOVEMBER, 2007

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the Public Notice No.81 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 15^th November,2007 in Hand Book of Procedures, Vol-I as under:-

1. The following shall be inserted at the end of Para 2.8(v) of Hand Book of Procedures (v1):
