In exercise of
powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the
Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the
following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
Appendix
37D giving details of various products that qualify for benefits under Focus
Product Scheme, in terms of Para 3.10 of the Foreign Trade Policy-2004-09,
is amended to include as under: -
