In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I).
2. In Appendix 4-C, in the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of
Origin (Non-Preferential), at Sl. No. 4, under the heading KARNATAKA, the name of “The Greater Mysore Chamber of Industry” stands modified as follows:-
