PUBLIC NOTICE NO.82(RE-2006)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI DATED THE 7TH FEBRUARY, 2007

SO(E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Public Notice No.57(RE-2006)/2004-2009, dated 25^th September, 2006 with immediate effect :

Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows : -

“In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.1, 2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby allocates a quantity of 3912 MT of white sugar out of free sale portion of 2005-06 season’s production and 6088 MT of white sugar out of free sale portion of 2006-07 season’s production for export to EU as preferential white sugar quota for the year 2006-07.”
