In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Book titled “Schedule of DEPB rates”:-

The existing DEPB rate of 5% of entry at S.No.2 of the “Fish and Fish Products (Product Code:66)” has been made effective w.e.f. 3^rd May, 2003 vide Public Notice No.67(RE-03/2002-2007) dt. 21^st June, 2004.  It has been decided to keep this decision in abeyance till further orders.

This issues in Public interest.
