S.O.(E) – In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Public Notice No.72(RE-06)/2004-2009 dated 28^th November 2006:-

1 In para 1 (ii) , the words “Pondicherry Port” shall be substituted by the words “ Chennai Port”

2. . This issues in Public Interest.
