PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 74 (RE-2003)/2002-2007

SO(E) : In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 and paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby make the following amendment in the revised Appendix 16-A notified under Public Notice No.39 dated 28.1.2004.
2. In the Appendix 16-A annexed to the above Public Notice, the Note Before (NB) under the heading “Import Certificate to be accompanied with end-use cum end-user certificate (to be filled when the import is by a third party)” may be treated to have been deleted.
This issues in the public interest.
