S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred under
Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of
Foreign Trade hereby announces the All Industry Rate of Drawback of Rs. 1050/- per MT for both HSD and Furnace Oil, supplied by
Domestic Oil Companies to EOU Units under various Schemes as contained in
Chapters 4, 6 and 8 of the Foreign Trade Policy, until further orders.
This issues in Public interest.
