PUBLIC NOTICE No 64 (RE-2007) /2004-09

NEW DELHI: the 8th October, 2007

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the para 2 of Public Notice No.49 (RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 25^th September, 2007:

2. The following shall be added at the end of Paragraph 2.67:-

“ In respect of multi product exporters having their head office/registered office in the North Eastern States, RCMC may be obtained from FIEO office in Shillong / Shellac & Forest Products Export Promotion Council (except for the products looked after by APEDA, Spices Board and Tea Board).

This issues in public interest.
