PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 58 (RE-2005)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI DATED THE 6^th OCTOBER, 2005

SO(E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Public Notice No. 58 (RE-2004)/2002-2007, dated 7^th March, 2005 :-

Para – 1(ii)(iv) of Public Notice No. 58 (RE-2004)/2002-2007, dated 7^th March, 2005 will be amended to read as follows :-

“One time exemption will be applicable upto 30^th November,

2005 and the exporter shall surrender the unshipped quantity

to the Chief Wildlife Wardens of the respective State after

expiry of this period.”
