NEW DELHI DATED THE 27TH SEPTEMBER, 2005

          SO(E):  In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction in the Public Notice No. 27 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 14^th July, 2005 :-

2.                   The word “Antibagar” mentioned in Para – 2 and Para – 5© of Public Notice No. 27 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 14^th July, 2005 may be corrected to read as “Ainbagar”.

3.                This issues in public interest.
