In
exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy,
2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I),
2004-09 :-
(1)
In
“c) Notwithstanding
anything contained in the Paragraphs above, import of scrap will be allowed only
in shredded form from the ports listed in Annexure - II to Appendix - V of the
Handbook of Procedures.”
(2)
The following
Annexure will be included in the Handbook of Procedures :
Annexure – II to Appendix – V
