PUBLIC NOTICE No. 41(RE-2007)/2004-09

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):

 

 

1.     Appendix 37E is notified containing the list of products covered under High Tech Products Export Promotion Scheme (HTP EPS) as per annexure to this Public Notice.

 

2.     Sr. No. H of Appendix 37D and Table 8 of Appendix 37D is deleted.

 

3.     ANF 3F for HTP EPS will be notified shortly.

 

This issues in Public interest.
