NOTICE No. 41(RE-2006)/2004-09
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph
1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade
hereby notifies as follows:
“The Public Notice No. 7(RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 9.5.2006 and Public
Notice No. 18(RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 12.6.2006 shall also be applicable in
cases where State Trading Corporation(STC) transfers the title of imported
wheat to Food Corporation of India(FCI) on high sea sale basis”.
This issues in public interest.
