In exercise of powers
conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the
Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in
Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
1.
In
the Guidelines for Applicants in the ‘Aayaat Niryaat Form’, giving details of the documents to accompany
the application for Star Export House Certification, at Serial No 4. IV,
Sl.3
thereof, which reads as “Self
certified copy of the Balance Sheet filed with Income Tax Authorities for the
relevant year(s).”
is
deleted.
2.
The
