PUBLIC NOTICE NO.25 (RE-2006)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI DATED THE 22ND JUNE, 2006

SO(E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Public Notice No.94 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 27^th March, 2006 :-

Para – 1(v) of Public Notice No. 94 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 27^th March, 2006 shall be amended to read as follows :-

“One time exemption will be applicable for a period of one month from

22.06.2006.”
