PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 24 (RE-2008) /2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED THE 3^rd June, 2008

 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. 1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the “Schedule of DEPB Rates”:-

Attention is invited to Public Notice No 23 (RE-2008) /2004-2009 dated 2^nd June, 2008. The amendments done by this Public Notice stands withdrawn with effect from 2^nd June, 2008 itself.

This issues in the public interest.
