NOTICE NO. 24 (RE-2005) /2004-2009
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 24th

In exercise of powers
conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the
Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in
Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
1.
In
the Guidelines for Applicants in the ‘Aayaat Niryaat Form’ at Serial No 4. VII
(For Served from India applications),
“2.Self
certified copy of the Balance Sheet filed with Income Tax Authorities for the
relevant year(s).” is
deleted and is replaced by,
“2.Chartered
Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant in the format given in Appendix
26”.
2. In the
Guidelines to Applicants in the ‘Aayaat Niryaat Form’ at Serial No 4. VIII (For
Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana applications) following Note is
added,
Note: In cases where original
EP copy of Shipping Bill(s) and/or Bank Realisation Certificate has been
submitted for claiming benefits under any other scheme (where ever applicable),
the application shall be accompanied by a self attested photocopy(s) of EP copy
of Shipping Bill(s) and/or Bank Realisation Certificate. In such cases, the
applicant shall also quote Reference no./ File no. of the concerned Regional
Licensing Authority where the original EP copy of Shipping Bill(s) and /or BRC
have been submitted.
3. In Part 1
of the ‘Aayaat Niryaat Form’ the following changes are made:-
i.
