In
exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy,
2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
correction in the Schedule of DEPB rates.
1. DEPB rate at Serial number 2 of the Product Code 66 as notified by the
Public notice No. 12 Dated 26 May , 2005 is corrected to read as 5( Five)
percent.
