PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 18 (RE-2005)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI DATED THE 8^th JUNE, 2005

SO(E) : In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Public Notice No. 58 (RE –2004)/2002-2007, dated 7^th March, 2005 :

Para 1 (i) of Public Notice No. 58 (RE-2004)2002-2007, dated 7^th March, 2005 will be amended to read as follows :

“ Prospective exporters shall submit their application in Aayaat

Niryaat Form to the DGFT (Headquarters Office), Udyog

Bhavan, New Delhi.”
