PUBLIC NOTICE No. 120 (RE-2007)/2004-2009
In exercise of the powers conferred under
Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of
Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures,
Vol. I:
1. Paragraph 4.28 (i)
a) stands corrected as follows:
a) to customs authorities, customs duty on unutilized
value of imported / indigenously procured material along with interest as
notified; and
This issues in public interest.
