NEW DELHI, DATED THE         5th May 2008

 

            In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007) & (RE2008):

 

1.      After VKGUY Product Code No. 10.36, contained in Table 10 of Appendix 37A, the following is added as under:
