In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4
of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade
hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures Vol. I :
Sub-para
5(ii) of Appendix –14-I-C shall be amended as under:-
“(ii) No enhancement of the production capacity be
allowed to units which are utilizing plastic waste/scrap”.
This issues in Public interest.
