In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I):

 

1.     In Appendix 4-C, under the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin-Non-Preferential, under MAHARASHTRA, at Serial No.30, the following amendment has been made as under:
