S.O (E)             In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby announces applicability of All Industry Rate of duty drawback of Rs. 850/- per M.T. notified under notification no. 8(RE-2002) dated 20.6.2002 to the supply of furnace oil to domestic companies in Special Economic Zones also.

                        This issues in public interest.
