NOTIFICATION NO. 2/2002-2007

NEW DELHI: 31^st March, 2002

S.O              (E) - In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade  (Development  and Regulation) Act, 1992  read with paragraph 2.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Central Government hereby amends and notifies the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2002-2007 as contained in Annexure to this notification, which shall come into force from 1^st April, 2002.

This issues in public interest.
