S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No.30/(2004-2009) dated 17^th March, 2005 :-

The quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised as follows: -

Stone Aggregate: 4,78,000 MT

River Sand: 5,32,878 MT
