NOTIFICATION No.33(RE-2006)/2004-2009

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Foreign Trade
(Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), the Central Government
hereby authorises the officers specified in the
column (2) of the Table below for the purposes
of exercising powers under section
13 read with section 11, subject to the limits specified against such
officers in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table and makes
the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Commerce (Director General of Foreign Trade) No. S.O. 24 (E), dated
the 20th January, 1999, namely:-
In the said notification in the
Table, serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, shall be amended as under:-
