NOTIFICATION No. 31 (RE-2006)/2004-2009
S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5
of the Foreign Trade (Development &
Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009,
as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009:
After
sub-para 6.9(a), the following shall be added:-
“(b) Supplies effected
in DTA against foreign exchange remittance received from overseas.”
This issues in Public interest.
