S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 1^st September, 2004 –31^st March, 2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the “ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1^st September, 2004 –31^st March, 2009” as under:

2 The condition stipulated in Column 5 against S. Nos. 39 & 40 of Chapter 5 to Schedule 2 of the “ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1^st September, 2004 –31^st March, 2009” shall be relaxed for a period of six months from the date of Publication of this Notification to allow export of Shavings of Shed Antlers of Chital and Sambhar and Manufactured Articles of Shavings of Shed Antlers of Chital and Sambhar.
