In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign
Trade Policy, 2004-09 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby announces
All Industry Rate of Duty Drawback of Rs. 1050/- per MT for furnace oil supplied
by domestic oil companies to EOU/SEZ units under various schemes as contained
in Chapters 6, 7 and 8 of the Foreign Trade Policy until further orders.
This issues in public interest.
