NOTIFICATION NO.10 (RE-2007)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED THE 22nd   JUNE, 2007

 

S.O.(E)             In exercise of the power conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment with immediate effect in Notification No. 44(RE-2006)/2004-2009, dt. 09.02.2007.

 

2.         After para 2 of the said Notification, the following para will be inserted:

 

            “2A. Export of 2000 Metric Tonnes of wheat shall be allowed to Myanmar during the year 2007-2008 under specific authorization by the EFC of DGFT.”
