Subject : Policy Circular No. 32 (RE-2005)/2004-09 dated 21.11.2005 – Corrigendum reg.
Attention is invited to Policy Circular No. 32 dated 21.11.2005. The last line of the Policy Circular will be amended to read as follows :
“However, consignment of Metallic Scrap
where the Bill of Lading is dated 1st December 2005 or before
and where certificates have been issued by these agencies will be cleared by
Customs with 100% inspection in terms of Custom Circular No. 56 dated
18.10.2004.
This issues with
the approval of DGFT.
