In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 17/2005-Central Excise, dated the 2nd May 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 259(E), dated the 2nd May 2004, at page 5, in line 29,
for “5902 10 10”, read “5902 10 10 or 5902 10 90”.
