of the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004, made under the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of
1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs authorizes Member (Central
Excise), Central Board of Excise and Customs to issue orders in terms of
notification
No.32/2006-CE(NT), dated 30th December, 2006.
