Notification No.38/ 2002-Central
Excise (N.T).
In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further
amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, erstwhile Ministry of
Finance, (Department of Revenue), No.14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the
8th March, 2002 as amended vide Notification No.22/2002-Central
Excise(N.T.) dated 4th June, 2002 and Notification No.37/2002-
Central Excise (N.T.) dated 31st October, 2002, namely: -
In the said Notification, in Table III for Sl.No.22 and 23 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
