Notification No. 152/2003 - Customs
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51of 1975), the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), vide No. 114/2003-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd July, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i ) vide G.S.R 573 ( E), dated the 22nd July, 2003, namely:-
In the said notification, in the paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “ 15th day of October, 2003 ”, the figures, letters and words “1st day of December, 2003” shall be substituted.
