In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central
Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs
(Import), Nhava Sheva , to act as Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Kolkata
, for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice
pertaining to M/s Frost International Ltd, 402-403, Kalpana Plaza, 24/147-A,
Birhana Road, Kanpur and Others, issued, vide, F.No. DRI/BZU/F/06/2004/1633 to
1643, dated the 3rd March, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate
of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 1st floor, Construction House,
Walchand Hirachand Marg, Ballard Estate,
Mumbai.
