Notification  No. 52/2006 (N.T.) - CUSTOMS

 S.O.          (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 (NT) - Customs, dated the 21^st November, 1994, S.O. 829 (E), dated the 21^st November, 1994, namely:- 

          In the said notification in the Table, -

                                                                            “Unloading of imported goods

                                                                             and  the loading of export

                                                                             such goods.”.

(ii)      against serial number 7, in column (3), against item (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

                                   “(3) Kozhikode (at Beypore)-Kozhikode District.”.

(v)      against serial number 8, in columns (3) and (4), after item (13), and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following item number and entries relating thereto  shall be inserted, namely:-  

                        “(14) Mumbai Port                    “Unloading of imported goods

                                                                         and  the loading of export 

                                                                         goods or any class of

                                                                          such goods.”. 

(vi)     against serial number 10, in column (3), for item (4), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-                    

                     “4. Chennai Sea Port.”.

 “11.    West Bengal     (1) Kolkata Port                   Unloading of imported goods

                                                                             and  the loading of export 

                                                                             goods or any class of

                                                                             such goods. 

      (2) Haldia Port                  Unloading of imported goods

                                                                             and  the loading of export 

                                                                             goods or any class of

                                                                             such goods.”.
