Notification No.51/2004-Customs (N.T)

            In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla , to act as Commissioner of Customs , Nhava Sheva , Mumbai, Commissioner of Customs, Jamnagar and Commissioner of  Customs, Goa for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s. Subhalaxmi Exports, Ahmedabad   and Others issued vide   F.No . DRI/AZU/INV-14/98-PT.V, dated  the 19^th August, 2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad   Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad .
